Lead industrial engineering for semiconductor manufacturing operations, focusing on capacity planning, labor efficiency, operational excellence, analytics, and team development.

What you'll do

• Develop factory capacity models and long-term production scenarios.
• Assess equipment, labor, and space needs for production ramps and new products.
• Lead labor optimization, staffing models, and workforce planning.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support operating plans, budgets, capital investments, and strategic manufacturing studies.
• Improve IE systems, dashboards, automation, AI, and analytics.
• Build and lead a team of industrial engineers and analysts.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of semiconductor manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operations experience.
• 5+ years managing engineering or operations teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering, operations, or supply chain field.
• Experience with capacity forecasting, labor planning, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of manufacturing analytics, cost modeling, data visualization, MES, Excel, SQL, and analytics tools.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, collaboration, change management, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Assembly and Test, OSAT, semiconductor backend, or high-volume manufacturing experience.
