What you'll do

• Develop capacity models and lead capacity planning for assembly and test operations.
• Assess equipment, labor, and space needs for production ramps and new products.
• Lead staffing models, labor standards, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement programs.
• Support operating plans, budgets, capital investments, and strategic manufacturing studies.
• Improve industrial engineering systems, dashboards, automation, AI, and analytics.
• Build, coach, and lead a team of industrial engineers and analysts.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of semiconductor manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operations experience.
• 5+ years managing engineering or operations teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering, operations, or supply chain field.
• Experience with capacity forecasting, labor planning, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of manufacturing analytics, cost modeling, and data visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, analytics tools, MES, or equivalent manufacturing systems knowledge.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or MBA, or equivalent experience.
• Assembly and test, OSAT, semiconductor backend, or high-volume manufacturing experience.
