What you'll do

• Lead daily team activities and manage experienced professionals.
• Define strategy and drive initiatives for short-term results and releases.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align initiatives and strategies.
• Write product requirement documents, implement and track development timelines, and negotiate feature sets.
• Maintain deep understanding of programming, coding fundamentals, architecture, and design across multiple languages.

What you'll need

• 10-15 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
• Cloud technology expertise with AWS preferred.
• Working knowledge of databases (any type).
• Exceptional leadership and customer service skills.
