Sr. Manager, Technical Programs

Overview

Lead technical program managers and oversee complex product and technology initiatives from planning through global launch. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to align roadmaps, dependencies, governance, and execution across a portfolio.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical program managers.
• Plan and manage a portfolio of engineering operational programs.
• Align product roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and execution across initiatives.
• Establish governance, KPIs, launch criteria, and execution plans.
• Resolve cross-product and cross-organizational dependencies and delivery roadblocks.
• Coordinate pilots, beta programs, release plans, and global launches.
• Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and plans to senior stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with program management methodologies and tools in an engineering environment.
• People leadership experience, including coaching and developing program management talent.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams delivering complex software or product-development initiatives.
• Strong experience with Agile and lifecycle-management methodologies, including Scrum.
• Experience developing integrated program and release roadmaps for major software implementations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts across working teams and C-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of overall professional experience, including 8+ years of program management experience.
• Payments or FinTech industry experience.

• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
• Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days at the office or home workspace for the majority of employees.
