Sr. Marketing Strategy and Analytics Manager

Overview

Serve as the operational business partner to Social Impact marketing leadership, using GTM strategy, marketing operations, and advanced analytics to guide investment, automation, attribution, and account prioritization.

What you'll do

• Drive operating rhythms, pipeline generation OKRs, QBR data packs, and budget allocation frameworks.
• Build investment proposals, scenario models, ROI forecasts, and pipeline payback analyses.
• Design Python/SQL marketing triggers and connect targeted accounts to sales workflows.
• Own pipeline attribution models and maintain marketing metrics for leadership scorecards.
• Implement account tiering and segmentation across Salesforce, 6sense, and Segment.
• Develop commercial analyses including bundling, lifetime value, and field event ROI models.
• Maintain Looker, Tableau, and Salesforce reporting assets, SQL version control, and data QA.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Business Intelligence.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology organization.
• Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R for analysis and automation.
• Experience building executive scorecards and self-serve Tableau and Looker dashboards.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, campaign hierarchies, and lead routing.
• Experience partnering with Director- or VP-level leaders on operational decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Segment, 6sense, or Marketo.
• Experience with marketing modeling, multi-touch attribution, or CLV/LFTV analysis.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub analytics workflows.
• Social impact, nonprofit, or public sector technology experience.

Details

• Remote role in the United States.
• Approximately 15% travel is anticipated.
• Not eligible for hire in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
