Sr. Operations Analyst

Overview

Support procure-to-pay and supply chain operations by managing transactions, operational tasks, and related tools.

What you'll do

• Perform requisition-to-purchase-order transactions.
• Run MRP processes using relevant tools.
• Manage catalogs and purchase orders.
• Support master data management and spot buying.
• Respond to helpdesk requests from customers and colleagues.
• Apply logical decision-making to solve problems.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of procure-to-pay operations management experience.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Intermediate understanding of procure-to-pay and supply chain operations.
• Basic analytical and project management skills.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.

Details

• Mandatory work from the office in Andheri, Mumbai.
• US shift: 8 PM to 5 AM.
• Night shift allowance is paid in addition to salary.
