Sr Payroll Service Delivery Analyst (International)-2

Overview

Senior Payroll Service Delivery Analyst supporting accurate, timely, and compliant payroll service delivery across multiple international locations within Regeneron’s GCC.

What you'll do

• Prepare and process payroll activities for assigned international countries.
• Validate payroll inputs and conduct audit checks, reconciliations, and data reviews.
• Partner with Global Payroll, HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to submit payroll data and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain payroll calendars, checklists, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor statutory and regulatory changes and support required compliance updates.
• Prepare payroll reports and support month-end activities and payroll analysis.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations, accounting, shared services, or related operational functions.
• Understanding of payroll processes, payroll compliance requirements, controls, and operational standard methodologies.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, ADP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and validation.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and support issue resolution.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule and occasionally align with global time zones.
