Sr. People Operations Specialist

Overview

Sr. People Operations Specialist responsible for owning People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle and ensuring accurate, timely, consistent delivery.

What you'll do

• Own key employee lifecycle processes including offboarding, role transitions, promotions, transfers, and internal movements.
• Manage employee requests and People Operations tickets, resolving complex queries and escalating operational issues.
• Run recurring People Operations activities such as leave and attendance management, localized benefits administration, and payroll inputs/validations.
• Support People Operations across India, the US, and EOR populations based on business requirements.
• Review operational data and SLA trends to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
• Partner with People Technology and cross-functional teams on HR system enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in People Operations, Employee Services, or a related HR function.
• Strong working knowledge of employee lifecycle and core People Operations processes.
• Hands-on HRIS experience with platforms such as Darwinbox or ADP.
• Experience supporting India People Operations, with exposure to US and/or EOR operations.
• Experience independently handling complex employee and operational matters with escalation judgment.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools such as Slack.
