Sr Prism Consultant - Workday Advisory services

Overview

Sr Prism Consultant for Workday Success Plans, specializing in HCM/Financial Reporting and Prism Analytics. You’ll advise customers and help translate complex financial requirements into Workday solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and troubleshoot complex Workday Financial reports (including Composite, Matrix, and Advanced reports).
• Guide customers on ingesting, preparing, and blending external operational data with core Workday financial data using Workday Prism Analytics.
• Advise on Workday Accounting Center configuration to transform business events into accounting journal entries and subledgers.
• Design and troubleshoot Prism data pipelines, datasets, and calculated fields for variance analysis, trended P&L reporting, and unified dashboards.
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities via Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews.
• Deliver customer presentations on Workday features, including Accelerator Webinars and Feature Accelerator sessions.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of IT implementation experience.
• 8+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems (including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards).
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.
• Experience gathering financial requirements and building complex financial reports for finance teams.
• Hands-on experience with data integration/modeling or building data pipelines (ETL) for financial analytics.
• Workday Certification in at least one of: Reporting, Composite Reporting, Record to Report, Prism Analytics, or Accounting Center (ideal).

• Location: Pune, India.
• Flexible work approach: at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners; remote home office roles may come together in offices for important moments.
