Sr. Product Analyst (Xactly)

Overview

Senior Xactly Incent Analyst on the Technology Data and Intelligence (TDI) Commissions team, supporting the Xactly platform (Incent, Connect, Extend) and working closely with Commissions Operations and Sales Commissions.

What you'll do

• Act as subject matter expert in designing, building and deploying custom low-code applications, workflows and tailored user workspaces using Xactly Extend to automate complex compensation processes, approvals and exception management.
• Gather, document, develop and migrate Xactly Extend solutions according to business requirements.
• Develop custom AI agents using Xactly Extend.
• Partner with Sales Commissions, Business and Finance teams across the end-to-end software development cycle of Xactly Incent configurations and implementations.
• Manage end-to-end data integrations, ETL pipelines and secure file transfers between Xactly and core enterprise systems using Xactly Connect.
• Build the annual plan configuration and mid-year developments to support business operations.
• Design, develop, test, document and deploy high-quality technical solutions on the Xactly platform (Extend) based on industry best practices.
• Gather, document, develop and migrate Xactly Incent code according to business requirements.
• Manage the process of implementing improvements and adding new functionality in Xactly.
• Build, maintain and support BAU and production support requests, and work on projects and major programs or initiatives.
• Research and keep up to date on Xactly technology, and communicate trends and future needs related to Connect to leadership.
• Investigate integration issues and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in data integration and migration solutions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with and building sales compensation systems in a professional, fast-paced environment using Xactly Extend, Incent and Connect.
• Xactly Extend platform development experience (solutioning, configuring, testing, deployment and production support).
• Xactly Incent certified (L1, L2 and L3 levels).
• Xactly Connect platform development experience (configuring, testing, deployment and production support).
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and how data flows from Salesforce into Xactly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with technical capability to support sales compensation systems.
• Strong business relationship and partnership skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to operate collaboratively and independently in an ambiguous environment.
• Self-motivated, independent, and focused on continuous skill development and learning.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Xactly Analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of Xactly Connect integrations and automations.
• Domain experience in sales commissions and finance systems.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP, Workday, Greenhouse, Anaplan, and ETL applications (Snowflake/Informatica).
