Sr Product Manager

Overview

Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for PayPal's Payments and Payouts Platform, covering card acquiring, bank payment processing and payouts.

What you'll do

• Use data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared product vision.
• Gather insights from the customer experience and customer needs to inform product requirements.
• Analyze research, market analysis and usability studies to support data-driven decision making.
• Monitor product profitability measures, including budget.
• Gather customer and stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements, workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and solution design through delivery, launch and continuous improvement.
• Own payment lifecycle requirements, including processing, settlement, reconciliation, payouts and exception handling.
• Resolve customer issues, processing challenges and delivery blockers through hands-on problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution.
• Interface with product and technology leadership as needed.
• Partner with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with business teams, engineering, architects, operations, risk and compliance to build scalable capabilities and ensure launch readiness.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment, define success metrics and remain accountable for product delivery and outcomes.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have at least 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience in Payments/Card Acquiring.

• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
• Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days at your choice of the PayPal office or your home workspace.
