Sr Programmer Analyst (LEDC)

Overview

Sr Programmer Analyst (LEDC) leads development of clinical programming and EDC/analytics solutions, including SAS/SDTM dataset development, visual analytics dashboards, and programming quality control across studies.

What you'll do

• Lead development and implementation of solutions for global technical services issues related to EDC tools and SAS programming.
• Develop and validate custom/complex SAS and SDTM datasets and handle external data and reconciliations.
• Perform post-production changes to EDC databases and enhance SAS programs (e.g., edit checks, listings, Protocol Deviations).
• Conduct peer review/quality control of study design for assigned projects.
• Lead development of visual analytics dashboards using Spotfire and/or Tableau.
• Act as SME and point of contact for technical services issues related to EDC tools and SAS programming.
• Plan, execute, and oversee study programming activities including resource estimation and timeline management.

What you'll need

• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in SAS programming and/or EDC tooling and/or Spotfire/Tableau development.
• University/college degree in life sciences, health sciences, information technology, or related subjects (preferred).
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently under supervision and take initiative.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
