Overview
Sr QA Engineer responsible for leading quality engineering strategy across the software development lifecycle for customer implementations and product development.
What you'll do
- Define and drive end-to-end quality engineering strategy across customer implementations and product development.
- Collaborate with solution architects and product teams during discovery to identify quality risks, testing scope, and validation strategies.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives for customer implementations, including automation, performance, and release quality.
- Develop scalable test architecture and partner with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards and mitigate risks.
- Troubleshoot production issues with Product Development, TechOps, and Production Support and implement preventive quality improvements.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, test automation, or quality engineering.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and quality engineering principles.
- Hands-on expertise designing automation frameworks using Java and modern testing tools.
- Experience testing enterprise applications built on Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, SQL, and React JS.
- Expertise in API testing (REST, SOAP) and database testing/integration testing.
- Experience with CI/CD quality pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub Actions.
Nice to have
- Functional knowledge of supply chain, logistics, transportation management, order management, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience with AI-driven testing, test optimization, or intelligent automation.
