Sr Service Operations Associate

Overview

Sr. Ops Associate in Gartner's Service Operations team in India, driving Review & Planning (R&P) client calls to impact client engagement and retention.

What you'll do

• Own and be accountable for boosting R&P coverage by running client outreach operations for a large portfolio of clients.
• Partner with and enable services teams on client outreach operations.
• Send scheduling and campaign outreaches through a campaign management tool.
• Create validation trackers in Google Sheets or Excel, incorporating client details and inputs required by Services delivery associates for scheduling.
• Own the end-to-end execution of critical scheduling processes for the entire BU, such as owning process trackers and running specialized outreach campaigns.
• Apply LEAN principles to identify process improvement opportunities for error-free, automated processes.
• Implement and replicate process optimization initiatives with support from senior members of the team.
• Continue to re-engineer and optimize instrumentation (dashboards, reports, tools) that measures and alerts SDAs and leadership on lagging and leading KPIs.
• Own stakeholder management and relationship building with team members and cross-functional units.

What you'll need

• 1.5-3 years as an Operations Associate or equivalent role.
• Science, Business/Economics, or Operations graduate.
• Experience in process management and multi-team coordination management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Comfortable understanding data and deriving actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder presence and ability to convey insights in a group meeting.

Nice to have

• Experience in service operations teams.
