Sr Staff Engineer – Analog/Mixed-Signal Design

Overview

Senior Staff Engineer focused on transistor-level analog and mixed-signal IC design, owning complex analog IPs through production.

What you'll do

• Architect and deliver high-performance analog and mixed-signal IPs including LDOs, charge pumps, and ADC-related blocks.
• Design and optimize analog circuit architectures to meet targets for performance, power, area, yield, and reliability.
• Lead analog IP development across the full lifecycle from architecture and implementation through silicon validation and manufacturing support.
• Collaborate with layout engineers for floorplanning through chip-level integration, addressing analog layout and parasitics.
• Develop and optimize simulation methodologies for pre- and post-layout verification, balancing accuracy, convergence, runtime, and debugging.
• Define and review ESD, latch-up, and I/O protection strategies and associated design methodologies.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
• 10+ years expertise in transistor-level analog IC design.
• Strong foundation in analog circuit design fundamentals.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex transistor-level analog IP from specification through silicon validation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with process corners, Monte Carlo analysis, mismatch, and noise.
• Knowledge of analog layout techniques and layout-dependent effects (LDE).
