Staff VLSI Design Engineer (Analog Design)

Overview

Staff VLSI Design Engineer (Analog Design) working with the Non-volatile Memory Design team to architect, design, and develop nonvolatile memory products using modern technologies.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with global analog teams across sites.
• Drive innovation in analog IP designs.
• Design analog IPs such as voltage regulators, LDOs, references, charge pumps, temperature sensors, and oscillators.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Develop processes and robust design methodology.
• Integrate analog IPs into a complex system.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in analog design across different technologies.
• Experience developing analog IPs including switch capacitor circuits, LDO, DC-DC converters, oscillators, and ADCs.
• Experience with silicon characterization and probing.
• Experience in a multi-site environment interacting with teams at other sites.
• Good mentorship skills.
