Sr UX Designer

Overview

Sr UX Designer role at Glance in Bangalore, focused on owning end-to-end commerce experiences and guiding scalable user experience systems.

What you'll do

• Own core commerce journeys as the design custodian across end-to-end experiences.
• Identify the right user and product problems to solve.
• Turn complex machine-learning capabilities into user architecture and interfaces.
• Work hands-on across user flows, interaction frameworks, layout structures, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to define balanced experiences.
• Establish design structures, frameworks, and operational processes and mentor mid-level/junior designers.
• Advocate user-centred design paradigms within the InMobi Group and represent Glance externally at global design forums.

What you'll need

• Have a proven body of shipped, complex consumer-facing UX work active in the market at scale.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of information architecture, interface hierarchy, cognitive load management, and multi-state system flows.
• Show native fluency in Android ecosystem interactive and structural design paradigms.
• Possess exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive-level presentational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing consumer products where personalisation, recommendation feeds, or rich-media discovery drive retention and conversion.
• Experience in high-velocity, high-ambiguity environments with published design guidelines or mentoring.
• Have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Post-Graduate degree in relevant design/HCI/interaction/information/visual communication fields.
