Staff Engineer, Digital Design Engineering

Overview

Lead complex digital design projects and provide technical leadership for system-level architecture, influencing product direction and guiding methodology improvements while leading small technical teams.

What you'll do

• Define and develop system-level architectures for complex digital designs
• Lead technical teams on complex digital design projects
• Guide methodology improvements and best practices across the organization
• Influence product direction and technical roadmaps
• Collaborate across functions to drive innovative solutions
• Engage directly with customers on technical requirements and solutions
• Mentor engineers and help develop technical talent

What you'll need

• Expert ability to define and implement complex digital system architectures
• Demonstrated capability to provide technical direction to engineering teams
• Deep knowledge across multiple technical domains relevant to digital design
• Authority in digital design methodologies with ability to drive improvements
• Strong capability to work across organizational boundaries
• Experience translating customer needs into technical requirements and solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in digital design engineering
