Staff Engineer - HBM Verification

Overview

Staff Engineer responsible for verification and end-to-end analysis of complex full-chip gate-level custom designs for DRAM and emerging memory, including pre-silicon simulation and debugging.

What you'll do

• Guide verification direction for projects within your expertise.
• Support design projects by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon full-chip designs.
• Create test cases/stimulus to increase functional coverage across DRAM and emerging memory architectures.
• Develop AI-enabled verification methodologies and verification environments.
• Develop and maintain test benches/test vectors and run regressions for coverage analysis.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to create verification flows for DRAM/emerging memory challenges.

What you'll need

• Experience owning verification and end-to-end analysis for complex full-chip gate-level designs.
• Ability to simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full-chip designs.
• Skill in developing test cases/stimulus for functional coverage.
• Experience improving verification methodology and environments for DRAM/emerging memory.
• Experience developing test benches/test vectors and using simulation tools with regression runs.
