Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (AI Ops & Event Management)

Overview

Staff Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow AIOps and ServiceNow Event Management (ITOM) solutions and related integrations.

What you'll do

• Design and implement ServiceNow AIOps solutions.
• Configure and optimize AIOps capabilities for business-critical applications and infrastructure.
• Implement Event Management features including alert ingestion, alert correlation, and noise reduction.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Build platform enhancements using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design ITOM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform issues.

What you'll need

• 5.5+ years of experience with ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOM.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow AIOps solutions.
• ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management and alert correlation.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring/observability tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar platforms.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications in ITOM, Event Management, or AIOps.
