Staff / Principal - Memory Circuit Design Verification

Overview

Staff or Principal role in Memory Circuit Design Verification, owning verification and end-to-end analysis of complex full-chip gate-level custom memory designs.

What you'll do

• Guide and set the direction for the verification effort within your areas of expertise in any project the team undertakes.
• Provide verification support to design projects by simulating, analyzing and debugging pre-silicon full-chip designs.
• Develop test cases and stimulus to increase functional coverage for all DRAM/HBM and emerging memory architectures and features.
• Participate in developing verification methodology and verification environments for advanced HBM and emerging memory products.
• Co-work with international colleagues on developing new verification flows for HBM and emerging memory design.
• Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using simulation tools and run regressions for coverage analysis and improvements.
• Leverage and adopt AI-enabled verification methods as applicable.

What you'll need

• ME/MTech degree with 8+ years of experience, or BE/BTech degree with 10+ years of experience.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad - Phoenix Aquila, India.
• Work on advanced low-power and power management technologies across DDR4, LPDDR4, DDR5 and LPDDR5 memory at speeds up to 6400MT/s.
• Collaborate closely with design and verification team members spread across the globe.
