Staff/Principal Product Designer, Partnerships

Overview

Staff/Principal Product Designer (Partnerships) to lead product design strategy and execution for partnerships, improving agent journeys and launching new business lines.

What you'll do

• Lead design strategy across multiple product units.
• Set the vision for overall user experience.
• Build new products and iterate on existing ones.
• Balance smaller projects with major product bets.
• Manage executive stakeholders across engineering, product, marketing, and more.
• Drive improvements to the product development process with cross-functional partners.
• When Principal, mentor and lead other designers.

What you'll need

• At least 7 years of Product Design experience (10 years for Principal).
• At least 2 years at a venture-funded, private startup.
• Principal level: at least 2 years influencing others via direct management or indirect leadership.
• Majority of experience in-house on direct-to-consumer products.
• Experience in a high-velocity, experiment-driven environment.
• Ability to measure impact of design work on the business.
• Portfolio demonstrating fast, high-quality work including design craft details.
