Staff Software Engineer, Security Platform

Overview

You will architect and develop security platform engineering capabilities for production security use cases.

What you'll do

• Architect and develop platform capabilities for the security platform engineering organization.
• Provide technical structure and help define strategic roadmaps with management and stakeholders.
• Build new services to meet product and business needs using Golang/Java.
• Design scalable systems using modern cloud technology and best practices.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and debug difficult technical problems.
• Review feature designs for cross-cutting projects and ensure architectural clarity.

What you'll need

• At least 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services and service-oriented architecture.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.
• Strong system design and coding skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

• Role is remote in India.
• Annual base salary range: ₹9,424,500–₹9,424,500 INR.
