Startup Partnerships Lead

Overview

Drive Anthropic’s startup partnerships strategy and grow adoption of Anthropic’s AI models within the startup ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Develop and lead the startup partnerships strategy using Anthropic’s AI technology.
• Forge and manage relationships with accelerators, entrepreneurial communities, and startup partners.
• Design and execute programs that help startups access and use Anthropic’s advanced AI models.
• Create startup-focused offerings, events, campaigns, and promotions to drive awareness and adoption.
• Gather startup community product feedback and share needs to inform Anthropic’s product roadmap.
• Plan and run the startup partnerships motion with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Track and report key metrics to measure success and ROI of startup initiatives.

What you'll need

• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing technology industry partnerships or business development relationships.
• Working knowledge of the startup ecosystem, including venture firms, accelerators, and founder communities.
• Experience designing and executing complex, cross-functional go-to-market programs end to end.
• Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and program performance measurement.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with technical and business audiences.

Details

• Individual contributor role with broad ownership and high autonomy.
• Works with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Annual compensation range in USD: $215,000–$300,000.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Location-based hybrid policy: in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
• Visa sponsorship is available (not guaranteed for every candidate/role).
