Strategic Account Executive

Overview

Close new business with large strategic customers and prospects by identifying cloud-related business challenges and delivering appropriate solutions.

What you'll do

• Prospect into Fortune 1000 companies and run an efficient sales process.
• Build and manage relationship maps for the assigned territory.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer businesses.
• Negotiate pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises.
• Expand business within existing customer accounts and assigned territory.
• Identify business drivers, secure customer validation, and close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and consistent sales forecasts.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of closing experience across mid-market and enterprise field sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding direct sales goals of $1M+.
• Experience with average deal sizes of $100k+.
• Ability to prospect and build pipeline independently.
• Experience selling into Fortune 1000 companies and winning new logos.
• Experience with an innovative technology company.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or IT infrastructure.

Details

• Remote role in Florida, USA.
• Regular travel to client sites and other regions is required.
• Estimated yearly salary: $135,000–$150,000 USD.
