Strategic Account Executive, Growth | Bay Area | Remote

Overview

Drive growth across existing customers in the West region by prospecting, nurturing, and closing opportunities for Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities to expand Grafana usage within current customers.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Manage prospecting, meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
• Generate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Explain the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Create quotes, process orders, and handle customer requests.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of infrastructure technology sales experience.
• A consistent record of achieving goals in a competitive environment.
• Experience in high-velocity technology companies.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Excellent in-person, online, and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships in person and virtually.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with open-source technology.
• Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC.

Details

• Remote role in the United States.
• On-target earnings are $320,000–$340,000 USD yearly.
