Support Analyst

Overview

Support Analyst role providing 24x7 application support for core banking solutions built on Finacle.

What you'll need

• Working experience on Finacle UBS version 10.2.25 or above, with knowledge of FCIDE, FSDP, APDM etc.
• Minimum 5 years of in-scope solutions experience of Core banking Application Support.
• Total seven years' experience in the field of Banking IT Application / support of related solutions, including customization, implementation, configuration.
• Knowledge of Banking Operation Logic, RTGS, NEFT, Trade Finance, EOD, BOD etc.
• Knowledge of Internet Banking (FEBA Ver. 11.X or higher).
• Working experience of Finacle Scripting.
• Should have worked in a similar project as Finacle Application L2 for at least one Scheduled Commercial Bank in India having more than 1000 branches.
• C24 / Finacle Integrator knowledge: knowledge of Finacle Product objects (tables, indexes, batch jobs, services, APIs, deployments).
• Must have working experience with different open-source technology.
• PL SQL working knowledge.
• Experience in Java / .NET.
• Mandatory certifications (minimum one): Finacle Advanced Technical Certification, Finacle Advanced Functional Certification, or Oracle Certified Developer.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Strong problem determination and resolution skills.
• Vendor management.
