Overview

Support Engineer for Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Chain Planning solutions across Demand/Strategy and Supply Planning.

What you'll do

• Support BY planning solutions in Demand/Strategy and Supply Planning.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Consulting, Cloud services).
• Provide technical and non-technical support during the steady-state period.
• Provide primary user support and verify required business functions and data integrity.
• Design/architect and enhance/change the implemented solution design based on new customer requirements.
• Investigate root causes and find permanent solutions; handle incidents/requests for the suite of products.
• Implement monitoring, performance tuning, and operational best practices.

What you'll need

• 4-11 years of IT experience, with 4+ years in supply chain products.
• Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of customer business and process.
• Relevant experience with BY SCPO and Manufacturing Planning suite of products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills including root cause analysis and testing.

• Location: Bangalore.
• May require 24x7/weekend coverage and on-call response to system alerts.
