System Administrator

Overview

System Administrator responsible for maintaining, configuring, and operating computer systems and cloud platforms as part of the SysOps IT team.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary administrator for the Atlassian Organization.
• Run regular environment audits to archive stale/unused items and keep systems clean.
• Manage Tempo configurations for worklog attributes, locking, and team structures.
• Lead Atlassian license renewals by monitoring seat utilization and optimizing tiers.
• Assess impacts of Atlassian release changes and communicate updates to the business.
• Act as primary escalation for locally managed SaaS/MDM tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune).
• Prepare the IT environment for ISO 27001 audits with access controls and change-management records.

What you'll need

• Typically 2–5+ years in systems administration or a similar operational role.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, Microsoft365/Azure, and Atlassian org administration.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.
• Familiarity with Fortinet and Ubiquiti networking hardware.
• Experience with OneLogin, Jamf, Intune, and A1 for identity and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language.
• Experience running audits/reports and presenting findings.

Nice to have

• Bonus points for experience with automation or APIs.

• Primarily remote with infrequent pre-arranged onsite tasks at Noida or Gurugram offices.
