System Engineer

Overview

System Engineer focused on power quality solutions, responsible for selection, sizing, configuration, and delivery across the full project lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Select, size, and configure power quality systems and related equipment.
• Develop and review system SLDs, protection SLDs, and layouts for large projects.
• Perform system design and analysis for VSD/SFC power quality solutions for industrial and utility applications.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, calculations, drawings, and proposal inputs.
• Analyze customer contracts and prepare specifications for vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify technical risks, manage them with contingencies, and support process/equipment improvements.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project/design engineering for power quality/VSD/VSD domain projects.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical from a reputed college/university.
• Knowledge and application of international standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to adapt and multitask with project/application engineers.
• Willingness to travel on short notice within the base country and overseas for assignments.

Nice to have

• Selection and sizing of MV/LV VSD based system on Oil & Gas experience.
• PLM and Primavera experience.
• Involve with the team in matrix environment for successful project execution.
