System Power & Performance Architecture Engineer/Sr Engineer focused on validating power and performance, analyzing workload behavior, and debugging system issues.

What you'll do

• Perform power and performance validation and analysis for mobile/compute/IoT/automotive/consumer electronics domains.
• Analyze CPU, GPU, AI/ML, and system-level workloads using benchmarks and profiling tools.
• Measure and analyze rail-level CPU, memory, infra, and platform power consumption.
• Collect and analyze logs, traces, and performance data to identify power and performance issues.
• Conduct low-power validation including standby/idle power analysis and power KPI collection.
• Support post-silicon validation, board bring-up, debugging, and root-cause analysis.

What you'll need

• 3-6 years of experience in System Power & Performance Validation/Analysis.
• Good understanding of SoC power & performance concepts, workload behavior, and performance-per-watt analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SoC power states, low-power modes, sleep/idle states, DVFS, thermal and power management.
• Experience with power measurement and lab equipment including NI DAQ, oscilloscopes, DMMs, current probes, and bench power supplies.
• Basic understanding of PMICs, power rails, BUCK/LDO regulators, PDN, and battery-powered systems.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Android environments, ADB, shell scripting, and Python-based automation.
