Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Contractor (Remote)

Overview

Support CrowdStrike’s Talent organization across recruiting operations, candidate coordination, systems, reporting, and employee-related processes. This is a six-month contractor role focused on accurate, confidential, and timely Talent Operations support.

What you'll do

• Process offer requests in Workday ATS and support recruiters and candidates through the offer process.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain smooth scheduling throughout the interview process.
• Communicate with candidates from initial contact through start date.
• Maintain candidate profiles, data integrity, and confidential records in Workday.
• Support recruitment systems, reporting, analytics, document collection, referrals, job creation, and advertisements.
• Resolve Tier 1 Talent Operations inquiries through the ticketing system.
• Collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Operations.

What you'll need

• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related business field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with calendaring, scheduling, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Workday, DocuSign, Candidate.FYI, ServiceNow, or similar Talent Operations tools.
• Experience supporting candidates or working in a customer service first-line contact role.
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
