Job description
Overview
Talent Acquisition Operations Intern on the People team, supporting recruiters and hiring managers across the hiring operations and candidate experience.
What you'll do
- Support live roles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Engage with candidates and track hiring progress.
- Manage interview logistics and ensure smooth scheduling.
- Build and maintain recruitment dashboards.
- Support pre-boarding activities.
- Contribute to People Operations and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support culture and employer-branding efforts.
What you'll need
- Internship duration is 6 months.
- Stipend is ₹20,000 per month.
