Talent Acquisition Operations Intern on the People team, supporting recruiters and hiring managers across the hiring operations and candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Support live roles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Engage with candidates and track hiring progress.
• Manage interview logistics and ensure smooth scheduling.
• Build and maintain recruitment dashboards.
• Support pre-boarding activities.
• Contribute to People Operations and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support culture and employer-branding efforts.

What you'll need

• Internship duration is 6 months.
• Stipend is ₹20,000 per month.
