Internship - Talent Acquisition

Overview

Internship role supporting the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment activities.

What you'll do

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Support offer roll-out and candidate follow-ups.

What you'll need

• Be motivated and enthusiastic to support recruiting activities.
• Assist with sourcing, screening, and interview coordination tasks.
• Help maintain recruitment database and tracker updates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
