Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will identify and attract talent for Sanofi HUB hiring needs, build qualified candidate pipelines, and collaborate with TA Partners, the TA Lead, and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.

What you'll do

• Source and identify potential candidates through online sourcing, job portals, social media recruiting, networking, employee referrals, and internal applications.
• Use sourcing tools and techniques to build a diverse candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.
• Engage with candidates to provide information about job opportunities, company culture, and career growth prospects.
• Partner with TA Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system and other recruitment databases.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing activities, candidate pipeline, and market trends to the Talent Acquisition Partner, Lead, and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative sourcing techniques to improve sourcing effectiveness.

What you'll need

• Significant expertise in an India Talent Acquisition Sourcing role, with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong focus on local employment market dynamics.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully sourcing candidates for various positions.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and social media networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates for a better candidate hiring experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics to track sourcing performance and optimize strategies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Passion for talent acquisition and a proactive approach to sourcing top talent.
• Proficiency in spearheading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the recruitment agenda.
• Fluency in English.
• A bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Experience in India Talent Acquisition Sourcing in GBS (Global Business Services) organizations.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad, India.
• Contract for 1 year, extendable.
• The role works out of the Sanofi Hyderabad office.
• Payroll shall be on 3rd party payroll.
