Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

JLL is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to run end-to-end recruitment for approximately 40 roles, partnering with stakeholders to deliver the account's talent acquisition goals.

What you'll do

• Run recruitment operations and end-to-end recruitment for approximately 40 roles, covering sourcing, screening, interview logistics, candidate assessment, compensation negotiation, offer release, post-offer engagement and onboarding enablement.
• Manage stakeholders, holding regular reviews and meetings with hiring managers.
• Update and publish the TA dashboard.
• Manage effective sources of hire, including direct sourcing, leveraging the external career site, professional networking sites, and driving internal talent mobility.
• Partner with stakeholders and execute all aspects of talent acquisition to drive the account's deliverables along with the manager.
• Attract diverse talent.
