What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end hiring for the location.
• Manage the team.
• Maintain a close working relationship with Operations and other Concentrix managers, supervisors and consultants.
• Manage vendors.
• Maintain the candidate database.
• Ensure a good candidate experience.
• Explore different low-cost sourcing channels innovatively.
• Meet hiring timelines.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from a three-year college or university.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking, prioritization and meeting timelines on deliverables.
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency, working well under pressure.
• Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building for self and team.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Two to four years of relevant experience.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
