Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Delivery, and Operations roles.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing for 8-10+ open roles.
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers to understand requirements and set expectations.
• Advocate for candidates by building relationships and guiding them through the interview process.
• Hit recruiting KPIs and contribute to monthly hiring targets.
• Promote open roles and drive engagement on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve hiring processes.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
• Hands-on sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
• Experience managing candidates and requisitions in an ATS (Greenhouse).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence and build trust.
• Strong track record hitting or exceeding recruiting KPIs.
• Ability to work hours aligned with EST, covering 3pm–11pm IST.
