Overview

Talent Acquisition Systems Support Analyst supporting recruitment technology, with primary focus on Greenhouse ATS.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary support resource for Greenhouse ATS and related recruitment technologies.
• Maintain role-based permissions and manage user access across multiple business units and entities.
• Provide day-to-day support to recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and other system users.
• Support system testing, upgrades, releases, and implementation of new functionality.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Support integrations and investigate data discrepancies between connected systems.

What you'll need

• Experience administering or supporting Greenhouse ATS, Workday, or similar HR and recruitment systems.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and ATS workflows.
• Experience managing user permissions, templates, workflows, and system configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience producing reports and working with recruitment data.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Greenhouse integrations and implementation projects.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of data privacy and recruitment compliance requirements.
