Tax Associate

Overview

Tax Associate role supporting U.S. tax return preparation and compliance across individual and business engagements.

What you'll do

• Prepare tax returns and supporting workpapers for multiple entity types and filing categories.
• Support business entity tax compliance activities across multiple engagements.
• Use tax tools including CCH Axcess and SurePrep for tax preparation.
• Conduct tax research and assist with tax-related projects and compliance activities.
• Assist engagement teams with responses to inquiries from the IRS and other taxing authorities.
• Prepare tax extensions and quarterly estimates with supporting documentation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. Taxation is required.
• Familiarity with CCH Axcess, SurePrep, or similar tax preparation tools is preferred.
• Strong client service, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
