Team Developer- R

Overview

Team Developer- R role in Retirement Services, focused on operational support for 401(K) account maintenance and end-to-end training responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Provide operational support for retirement services including hardship claims document review and account reconciliation.
• Own training responsibilities from need analysis through execution of the training program.
• Liaise with business partners/stakeholders (US and GBS) on training requirements.
• Build and implement a framework for employee reskilling and upskilling.
• Coordinate with peer trainers to identify and monitor training needs.
• Manage trainee performance, resolve queries, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Drive best-practice standardization across the process and sites and oversee SOKC process updates.

What you'll need

• 60–84 months of experience in the current role within the financial or banking industry.
• Sound knowledge of investment and retirement products.
• Strong knowledge of 401k retirement savings accounts.
• Hands-on experience with transaction processing and reviewing transactions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
