Team Member - Engineering (Instrumentation )

Overview

Engineering team member responsible for instrumentation reliability, calibration, troubleshooting, and automation support across a pharma manufacturing site.

What you'll do

• Manage field instruments across manufacturing equipment and ensure continuous critical process performance.
• Support PLC/SCADA/HMI systems, including logic/alarm/interlock modifications under change control.
• Execute calibration and maintain calibration records, traceability, and calibration history.
• Attend instrumentation breakdowns and perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Maintain instrumentation-related documentation and comply with SOPs, deviations, CAPA, and audit requirements.
• Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections with instrumentation/automation documents.

What you'll need

• 3–7 years of experience in equipment instrumentation and automation in a pharma manufacturing site.
• Hands-on work with field instruments, PLC/SCADA systems, and GMP documentation.
• Educational qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (with instrumentation exposure).
• Certification in PLC/SCADA/Automation is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of equipment instrumentation and PLC/SCADA troubleshooting skills.
• Calibration, maintenance, and validation exposure.
• Good documentation discipline and ability for RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
