Team Member - Engineering (Process Instrumentation)

Overview

Operate, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and improve instrumentation and automation systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, supporting regulatory compliance and cGMP requirements.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive, predictive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of instrumentation systems.
• Calibrate instrumentation per approved schedules and SOPs and maintain calibration records.
• Monitor and maintain PLC, SCADA, HMI, BMS, EMS, and other automation/control systems.
• Support instrumentation for utilities such as HVAC, purified water/WFI, compressed air, nitrogen, vacuum, and steam.
• Support instrumentation on manufacturing equipment and restore operations after breakdowns within timelines.
• Maintain documentation for maintenance activities and support audit/inspection documentation.

What you'll need

• B.Tech/B.E. in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience 6–10 years in calibration, instrumentation, or engineering functions in regulated manufacturing industries.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments and computerized calibration systems (preferred).
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Data Integrity requirements.
• Use electrical and instrumentation safety procedures and obtain work permits for maintenance.
