Technical Architect - Japanese Fluency (Mandatory)

Overview

Designs and manages delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for customers, including integration and enterprise AI capabilities for Agentforce.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions, including autonomous AI opportunities.
• Drive enterprise AI architecture by designing and integrating scalable predictive and generative AI solutions in custom Salesforce environments.
• Lead technical design sessions, architect and document solutions, and review assumptions and edge cases using LLMs like Claude.
• Provide oversight and governance for Salesforce projects and align delivery with an AI-First engineering methodology.
• Lead code reviews, manage technical delivery for custom development/integrations/data migration, and maintain coding standards.

What you'll need

• Minimum 9-14 years of CRM experience, with at least 6 years on the Salesforce platform.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (written and spoken) for client-facing work in the Japan market.
• Expert understanding of Salesforce product suite including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Agentforce architecture.
• Knowledge of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs and a strong development background.
• Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) and secure configuration practices.

Details

• Location: India - Bangalore.
• Travel to client sites estimated at 50-75%.
• From time-to-time, may support pre-sales activities like discovery, technical deep-dives, and POC development.
