Senior Technical Architect

Overview

Senior Technical Architect role focused on ensuring a Professional Services CoE scoping and estimation model incorporates real product, industry, regulatory, and domain complexity.

What you’ll do

• Define triggers for when specialized practice or domain input is required during deal scoping.
• Create product and industry overlay patterns on top of the core CoE model.
• Translate practice knowledge from SMEs into reusable scoping, estimation, and SOW assets.
• Own the structure and quality of a domain pattern library and keep assets current.
• Support better estimation accuracy by identifying domain-specific effort drivers.
• Improve scoping quality by making common scoping risks visible before deals move to delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally to align domain overlays and pattern library outputs with governance and delivery needs.

What you’ll need

• Minimum 13+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, enterprise architecture, solutioning, delivery leadership, or professional services.
• Minimum 7+ years in Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of differences in Salesforce programs by cloud, industry, region, and customer maturity.
• Experience shaping or reviewing complex scopes, estimates, SOWs, or delivery plans.
• Ability to identify hidden effort drivers and delivery risks early.
• Strong written communication to create reusable templates and checklists.
• Ability to work across global teams and matrixed organizations.
