Overview

Technical Associate for Infrastructure Services who supports end-to-end IT infrastructure solution delivery and operational readiness.

What you'll do

• Collect and organize technical and functional user requirements for solution development.
• Assist the architect in designing, developing, testing, and delivering IT infrastructure solutions.
• Support project work from initial concept through solution delivery.
• Use standard checklists and document integration of core/shared infrastructure services before production deployment.
• Analyze deployment impact to integrations with other applications and determine appropriate actions.
• Install, configure, and maintain network and server infrastructure systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security and compliance of infrastructure services.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Database Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Network Engineering.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification (AWS required).
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• English language requirement with Upper Intermediate (B2) proficiency.
• Skills related to infrastructure services (e.g., server infrastructure, storage management, VMware).
• ServiceNow platform and collaboration tools listed among required skills.
