Technical Field Specialist

Overview

Technical Field Specialist for the Recon robotic technology team, responsible for training, qualifying and supporting robotic users and growing the robotic technology footprint alongside the orthopaedic sales team.

What you'll do

• Provide training to targeted accounts: surgeons, nurses, OR staff and administration.
• Provide daily technical support to existing robotic users.
• Provide proven servicing in case of per-operative troubleshooting.
• Generate and qualify new robotic leads in the market.
• Deliver outstanding sawbones workshop training.
• Support the installation of the robotic system for any new account.
• Demonstrate the technology at major congresses.
• Work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, sales and product management teams to achieve sales goals and business development initiatives.

What you'll need

• Graduate with minimum 2-7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in the orthopaedics industry.
• Requisite knowledge about orthopaedic devices.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven and results-oriented approach.

Details

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Travel requirement: 50–75%.
• Hybrid work model (for most professional roles).
