Technical Product Manager - AI Finance App

Overview

Technical Product Manager for an AI-driven finance app, owning an end-to-end product vertical with outcomes, metrics, backlog prioritization, and launch gates.

What you'll do

• Own a vertical end-to-end across outcomes and metrics, backlog priority, and crisp acceptance criteria.
• Shape technical design with engineering, covering money-movement correctness, failure/retry/refund paths, security, latency, scalability, and recovery.
• Make trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX, defending decisions with engineering/compliance/ops leads.
• Incorporate regulated constraints as product inputs, including licensing scope, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, and data residency/privacy.
• Define where AI is used, what it can decide, how evaluation works, and what happens when it is unsure.
• Ship features behind flags and launch per partner and regulatory rail gates.

What you'll need

• Own complex technical products end-to-end with solid judgement and decisiveness under ambiguity.
• Strong system design foundation (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, concurrency consistency).
• Comfort reviewing and challenging design docs and sketching architecture/sequence.
• Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain like payments, banking, remittance, or insurance.
• Hands-on with LLM-based products and ability to frame features as eval-able.
• English communication skills for global team collaboration.
