Technical Product Support Specialist – Water Mechanical Products

Overview

Provide technical, design, site and training support on water mechanical fire protection products to distributors and clients, and propose suitable fire suppression systems for their project requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support and commissioning support to distributors and clients on water mechanical fire products: RED-E cabinet, Pre-action system, Nitrogen generator, Water mist system, Sprinklers, Grooved fittings and Valves.
• Support distributors and clients on system commissioning of RED-E cabinet, Pre-action system, Nitrogen generator system and Water mist system at project sites.
• Prepare basic design with BOM for Pre-action system, Nitrogen generator system and Water mist system to support distributors and clients.
• Deliver technical support, design support, site support and training on water mechanical products to distributors and clients.
• Interact with distributors and clients to propose the suitable fire suppression system for their project requirements.
• Focus on continuous improvement of customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers.

What you'll need

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
• Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience in fire protection systems, or freshers may apply.
• Functional and technical skills, including AutoCAD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Required competencies: interpersonal skills, integrity and trust, action orientation, organizing, customer focus.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and fast learner.

Nice to have

• Design or project engineering experience on fire protection systems, with knowledge of water mechanical products.
• Experience in fire protection systems.
• Strong and self-motivated.
