Overview

Technical Program Manager role in the Office of the CTO at Lam, leading cross-functional execution of technical projects from initiation through delivery.

What you'll do

• Oversee optimization or creation of technical product offerings, processes, or programs.
• Develop project plans, align teams, manage risk, and drive projects through release.
• Own program schedules, performance metrics, and on-time delivery within budget.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand process and system requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Lead Continuous Improvement projects across the full lifecycle.
• Collect data, perform statistical analysis, and report results to inform plans and deliverables.
• Coach and train teams in process methodologies, tools, and best practices; support change management.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, or Master’s with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results through leadership and influence.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills for all company levels.
